Business Visa
To apply for the business visa at the embassy please follow the following procedure:

1. Invitation from the company. Faxed directly from the inviting company in Pakistan to the Embassy of Pakistan,Copenhagen. Fax No. 0045 39 40 10 70
2. Visa application form duly filled in. Click here to download the application form.
3. Passport (should be valid for at least 6 months)
4. Two passport size photographs
5. Applications must contain a letter of recommendation of the concerned company and the invitation letter from the party in Pakistan
   Both the recommendation letter and the ivitation letter should be attached to the application.
   The Business letters should clearly highlight
   a. the purpose of visit, and
   b. basic information such as the nature of the business project etc for which the visa is required.
6. Fee for visa is DKK 500 (Single Entry). Cash payments are not accepted. No Master Card accepted.
7. Fee for visa is DKK 750 (Multiple Entry). Cash payments are not accepted. No Master Card accepted.

1. Recommendation letter from Danish Chamber of Commerce and Industry or
2. An Invitation letter from Business Organization duly recommended by the concerned Trade Organization / Association in Pakistan or
3. Recommendation letter by the Investor Consular of the Board of Investment posted at Pakistan Missions abroad
4. Original passport
5. Two recent passport sized photographs

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FEE. Embassy does not accept cash payments. Acceptable modes of payment are:

1. Card (acceptable cards are : All Danish cards having chip) Master Card not acceptable
2. Important Note:- Visa Fee is non-refundable
3. Bank transfer/deposit at Danske Bank Account no. 4001 1096 1874 reg nr. 4001.  Please attach original bank deposit slip with your application

Processing time is: 4-6 weeks.

Please note:-
1. Visa fee once paid is non-refundable whether services are provided or not.
2. Visa is not a right of an applicant and can be refused without assigning any reason.
3. Visa is not a guarantee to enter into the territory of Pakistan, the Immigration authorities can refuse entry on security ground despite having visa.
4. Presentation of fake and forge documents may not only lead to the refusal of visa but legal action will also be taken against such an applicant.
5. A person legal resident in Denmark/Lithuania have third country passport, will be charged visa fee on the basis of reciprocity.
6. Visa application from a person who is not legally resident in Denmark/Lithuania will not be entertained.
7. Instructions and fee structure for consular services may be changed without notice, as and when required.
