New Passport

According to the instructions of the D.G.Immigration and Passport Office,Govt of Pakistan. Manual Passports issued by this Embassy will be valid until 24 November,2015.
Please follow the following procedure to apply for Pakistan Manual passport.

Application form to be duly filled & submitted by the applicant personally. Click here to download the application form.
Three recent passport size color photographs (not more than one month old)
Original previous Passport
Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)/National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) along-with photocopies of both sides
Photocopy of permanent residence card or valid visa on passport.
If previous passport is lost: submit Police Report with the application. Passport will be issued on confirmation from issuing authority of lost passport
All photocopies of documents should be legible and that original should also be shown.

FOR FRESH PASSPORT OF NEW BORN BABY IN DENMARK:-

For Fresh Passport of new born baby need Five(5) passport size color photographs (not more than one month old) + Passport Form + S-Form + Birth Certificate.
Also attached photocopies of Parents Passport + CNIC/NICOP cards both sides + Residence card or valid visa on passport.

Fee for Fresh Passport of new born baby and registration in embasssy Fee is kr.300+ kr.150= DKK 450

Processing time and fee:

Normal:
Returned after 14 working days
Fee: DKK 300
Urgent:
Returned after 02 working days Fee: DKK 600
For lost and urgent passport:(only if lost passport issued from Embassy of Pakistan Copenhagen.
Returned after 04 working days
Fee: DKK 1200



Please Important Note:
1. Fee once paid is non-refundable whether services provided or not.
2. Incomplete application form will not be accepted.
3. For passport, the applicant must submit the application form in person.
4. Old National Identity Card (NIC) have been disbanded and is not acceptable, in case of having old NIC, The applicant must apply for NICOP/CNIC before applying for passport,
such an applicant will only be issued a restricted validity passport for one year.Once the applicant gets the CNIC/NICOP,the normal validity of that passport (until 24 November,2015) will be extended for free of charge.
5. In case of loss of passport, no passport will be issued unless his identity and lost passport is verified by the authorities in Pakistan.
6. For loss passport, no urgent fee will be accepted. For loss passport, Police report is mandatory. Applicant must be legally resident in Denmark/Lithuania.
7. Presentation of fake and forge documents may not only lead to the refusal of issuance of passport but legal action will also be taken against such an applicant.


IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FEE.

Embassy does not accept cash payments. Acceptable modes of payment are:

Card (acceptable cards are : All Danish cards having chip) Master Card is not acceptable.
Bank transfer/deposit at Danske Bank Account no. 4001 1096 1874 reg nr. 4001. Please attach original bank deposit slip with your application
