Following
papers are required for Renunciation of Pakistan Citizenship:
- Assurance letter with English translation of
the Danish authorities for the grant of their Citizenship.
- Application form X in triplicate duly attested
by the Mission. (Click here to download the form)
- Computer Proforma (Click here to download the form).
- National Identity Card/CNIC/NICOP in original
or in case the applicant is not in possession of NIC/CNIC/NICOP, he/she
may be asked to furnish his/her correct/complete address along with two
references in Pakistan for verification of his/her antecedents.
- A copy of fee receipt equivalent to DKK 50/- and fee receipt equivalent to DKK 400/-
- Photocopy of Pakistani previous and valid
passports.
- Five coloured photographs of the applicant
with light blue background of size 2 " x 1/2 " one duly attested by the Mission.
- Date and place of birth with documentary
evidence of his minor children that they are living with him in foreign
country i.e. their Pakistani passports, form B, Form S/CRC/NICOP or
assurance letter.
- The FORM X is to be filled in triplicates and
is to be attested separately. This attestation also includes attestation
of 1 x photo graph. (Each attestations cost DKK 100/-)
Fees
for Renunciation Certificate and the fee for Attestations (4 attestations) are
separate and are to be submitted in Embassy account given below
Note:
For applying renunciation of Pakistan Citizenship, applicant should
not be minor (A person under the age of 21 is considered minor) and must be residing abroad.
Please deposit the required fee in Danske Bank Account no. 4001 1096 1874 reg nr. 4001.
