NICOP (National Identity Card for Oversease Pakistani) For Pakistani Nationals  or Dual Nationality Holders

For NICOP, please follow the following procedure:

  1. Filled application form submitted by the applicant personally or through postage mail.  "Download form". 
  2. Photocopy of previous National Identity Card (NIC) or computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or National identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). 
  3. Two recent color photographs and Birth Certificate 
  4. Photocopy of Pakistani Passport with valid visa. 
  5. Photocopy of Permanent residence card (children under 18 provide parents residence card or visa card. 
  6. Photocopy of Foreign Passport if holding dual nationality. 
  7. If applicant is a dual national, photocopy of foreign passport. If not, photocopy of Permanent Residence Card 
  8. Photocopy of birth certificate for children born in Denmark & original should also be shown at the time of submission.
  9. Original receipt of fee deposited in the Danske Bank has to be attached with the application form.
  10. Fee for NICOP: 260 DKK (processing time approximately 3 months)
  11. Fee for Modification/Duplicate of NICOP: 350 DKK (processing time approximately 3 months)
  12. The fee can be deposited to Danske Bank Account No. 4001-4001363972 & Original bank receipt will be attached with application. You can also pay the NADRA fee with E- Banking or through NET Bank. In case of cash payment at bank counter, an extra 90 DKK has to be paid.

Note:

Embassy does not receive any payments for NADRA Cards. The application fee must be submitted to the NADRA account Directly. Fee is Non-refundable.

Embassy is not responsible for delay or objection in the NICOP process. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all requirements have been met.

Important Notice for NICOP Applicants In case of 'New Born Baby':

NICOP Applications for newly born children are being procesed by NADRA on production of S-1 Form duly attested by Pakistan Mission Abroad. NADRA has  clarified that valid passport of minors are not required from the Pakistani paretns if the birth of the child is registered with respective Mission within six months.

 

POC ( Pakistani Origin Card) for Danish National



Following are the requirements for Pakistan Origin Card (POC):
  1. Filled application form submitted by the applicant personally or through postage mail. "Download form"
  2. Photocopy of previous National Identity Card (NIC) or computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or National identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) or Pakistan Origin Card (POC) of the applicant 
  3. Photocopy of any blood relative which includes Father/ Mother/ Brother/ Sister/ Son/Daughter/ Grand Father and Grand Mother Paternal
  4. Two recent color photographs
  5. Photocopy of Pakistani Passport whenever held.
  6. Photocopy of Foreign Passport.
  7. Marriage certificate in case of a Foreigner married to a person of Pakistani origin. 
  8. Photocopy of birth certificate of the applicant. 
  9. Fee for New POC: (processing time approximately 3 months)
      • DKK 650: For a person above the age of 18 years
      • DKK 325 For a person under the age of 18 years 
  10. Fee for Renewal of POC: (processing time approximately 3 months)
      • DKK 975: For a person above the age of 18 years
      • DKK 520 For a person under the age of 18 years
  11. The fee can be deposited to Danske Bank Account No. 4001-4001363972 & Original bank receipt will be attached with application. You can also pay the NADRA fee with E- Banking or through NET Bank.
  12. All NADRA Fee are Non-refundable and cancellation Fee for CNIC/NICOP is 690 DKK.
  13. Print Affadavit for cancellation of CNIC Form.
  14. Print Affadavit for Lost of Cancellation of CNIC Form.
  15. Print Affadavit for Cancellation of POC
  16. Print Affadavit for Foreign Spouse Cases

Note:
(a) 
Embassy does not receive any payments for NADRA Cards. The application fee must be submitted into the above NADRA account in Danske Bank. 
(b) Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Please ensure that all requirements are complete at the time of submission of forms. 
(c) Please note that NADRA usually returns any incomplete forms without consideration. Hence please take due care in completing the above mentioned formalities. 
(d) Cards are expected to be delivered at Embassy from NADRA Pakistan approximately 4 months after the receipt of the application in the Embassy.

Embassy of Pakistan is not responsible for delay or objection in the POC application process. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all requirements have been met.

SENDING BY POST :

If you are unable to attend the Consular Section at Embassy within Consualr timing then send your all related documents , Bank receipt in NADRA account 4001-4001363972 through Registered or Normal Danish Post to Embassy address at :

"Embassy of Pakistan , Valeursvej 17, 2900 Hellerup"

For quick disposal of the case, mention "NICOP /POC Case" on the envelop.

Please mention your phone number & Email on the application form.

Please also attached Return Envelope ( written your home address ) with proper Danish Stamp. So Embassy will send NADRA receipt to you so you can track your NADRA card on the website www.nadra.gov.pk
