The Embassy of Pakistan Copenhagen organized a colorful Mango tasting event titled “Pakistan –Tastes and Tunes” at the Chancery. A large gathering of local Danes and diplomats attended the event. Different varieties of mangoes, mango milk-shake and ice-cream combinations, along with traditional Pakistani cuisine were served to the guests.

In his remarks, Ambassador Ahmad Farooq spoke of the richness of Pakistani mangoes and their wide variety. The Ambassador noted that Pakistan was the fourth largest producer of mangoes worldwide with considerable exports of the fruit.

The visitors enjoyed mangoes and very good reviews were shared with the Embassy.
